Progressive Disclosure
UX designers are using this all the time. When your website or app has a lot of information, there’s no need to show everything-all-at-once. UX Designers will use technique called progressive disclosure to make information or action visible only when users need it. Progressive disclosure has an opportunity to reduce cognitive load and improve comprehension of the interface.
