Design elements
The elements of design as the basic components involved in creating any design.
- Color – for mood or emotion
- Value – the degree of lightness or darkness of color
- Texture – such as rough, smooth, hard, soft, shiny, dull and glossy. (not at flat-design)
- Shape
- Form – The overall mass of shapes within your design, and how they relate to one another.
- Space – Why Whitespace? So that the eye has a place to rest between and around the elements, and so that the person looking at it can easily distinguish the more important information from the less important information.
the basic role of white space is to „reduce the number of text visitors see all at once and makes reading much easier. - Line

As a web designer, you have a responsibility to your clients to create designs that promote their image, their products, or their services, while also attracting their target audience.
